Cookie Policy

What we mean by cookies

“Cookies” here also covers similar technologies that store small amounts of data on your device, such as your browser’s local storage.

Strictly necessary

These are needed for the site to work and are always active.

• Cookie preference record — stored in your browser’s local storage as “thcw-cookie-consent”. Remembers the choice you made in the cookie banner so we do not ask again. Kept until you clear your browser storage.
• Sign-in session — only for the private admin area used by the business owner. Stored in local storage by our database provider once you sign in, and removed when you sign out. Visitors who never sign in are not given this.

Optional

• Google Maps embed — the interactive map on the Contact page is loaded from Google. When you allow it, Google may set its own cookies on your device and receives your IP address. Durations are set by Google and described in Google’s own privacy and cookie notices. This map does not load unless you allow it.

The “Get Directions” and “Apple Maps” buttons are ordinary links. They set nothing on your device until you choose to open them.

What we do not use

There is no analytics, no advertising or remarketing, no social media pixels or embedded feeds, and no third-party tracking scripts on this website. The quote form does not send data to a server — it opens a pre-filled text message in your own phone.

Other third-party requests

The fonts used on this site are requested from Google Fonts when a page loads. This does not set cookies, but Google receives the request, including your IP address, in order to serve the font files.

Changing your preferences

You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer, or the button below. You can also delete cookies and local storage through your browser’s own settings.
